For our Client, a global software provider we are seeking individuals for the position of:

System Engineer (SCM)

Location: Gdańsk

Job description:
? Developing and maintaining the build system and infrastructure required for Java and OSGi/Eclipse RCP applications and integrating it into the existing SCM process;
? Deploying and/or supporting Eclipse PDE infrastructure;
? Resolving issues related to the dependency management and binary compatibility;
? Working in the heterogeneous environments (UNIX/Linux/Windows);
? Supporting build systems for C++ code on Linux/UNIX;
? Integrating various SCM build tools and environments;
? Supporting development projects;
? Writing SCM plans and keeping them up to date;
? Creating reviews and validates for software configuration management plans and other CM documentation (i.e., build procedures) for assigned projects.

wymagania:Our expectations:

? Master?s degree and 3 years? related experience;
? C/C++ or Java programming experience;
? Good knowledge of the heterogeneous environments (UNIX/Linux/Windows);
? Experience building Java, OSGi, C++ applications;
? Basic knowledge of system administration on UNIX/Linux/Windows;
? Experience with Maven3 and the Tycho plugin will be a strong plus
? Willingness to travel;
? Experience with other tools (Make, CMake, Maven2, CVS, Hg), scripting (Bash, Python) and compilers/linkers for C++ and Java code.
