Network Services Engineer

Obowiązki:

- monitor and maintain customers networks availability,
integrity and services
- maximize network availability for customers
- providing network monitoring & surveillance, initial
troubleshooting and maintenance escalation
- producing network incident and periodic reports
- tracking and directing the workflow of faults and planned
events
- provide prompt and regular feedback to customers in relation
to on-going issues

Wymagania:

- university degree in computer, telecommunication sciences or
equivalent but also graduate-class students are welcomed
- fluent English (both verbal and written)
- very good knowledge of Unix/Linux systems
- good understanding of telecommunication and computer networks
- excellent work planning, managing and organizing skills
- good communication and interpersonal skills
