Programme Planner [Comedy Central]

Position: Full time
Responsibilities:
Create monthly programme plans and ensure that break patterns are suitable for all plans based on monthly grids
Schedule preparation across all platforms within scheduling systems, including break structures, episodic planning and publishing EPGs
Prepare, update, and distribute monthly/weekly grid and monthly EPG to approved third parties
Maintaining strong working relationships with Media Desk, Channel Operations and Scheduling department
Work with promo planning team to ensure campaigns are implemented as required and adapted for local needs if required
Programme Database maintenance
Monitoring competition and trends on the local market
Requirements:
High interest in media/TV industry and VOD market, TV content and related fields
Bachelor's degree in film/tv or media culture or business
At least 3 years previous content /media programming experience
Understanding of new television and content landscape
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure with continuous ability to reprioritize, applying media thinking and “best practice” knowledge to all areas of programme planning with minimal guidance
Strong detail and deadline orientation combined with great time management skills
Ability to think “outside the box” and to challenge status quo
Team player but capable of working independently
Advanced MS Excel & databases user skills
Committed, motivated and proactive
Written and spoken fluency in English and Polish
